Dear Friends of Puppetry,

I was able to attend the final dress rehearsal for the production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream presented in the Nelke Theater in the Harris Fine Arts Center on the BYU campus last Saturday. It was AWESOME to say the least. Guild member Nat Reed built all of the puppets for this production and he did an amazing job. He also directed the production.

It will run through this Saturday and tickets are nominal ($6). The show starts at 7 pm, and the Nelke Theater is in the basement of the Harris Fine Arts Center. There is free parking very close.

This is a MUST see even if you don’t totally understand Shakespeare. The cast is vibrant and enthusiastic and right on with dialect and presentation. They did an amazing job. See attached pictures.

Thanks for your support of puppetry.
